Eric C. Wiseman is Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of VF Corporation. In 2003, he was appointed Vice President and Chairman of the newly formed Sportswear Coalition and was responsible for the successful integration of Nautica Enterprises, Inc. into the VF Corporation portfolio of brands. In 2000, he was appointed Vice President and Chairman of the Global Intimate Apparel Coalition and had responsibility for VF's intimate apparel businesses, which included the Vanity Fair®, Lily of France®, Vassarette®, Bestform® and Curvation® brands. Wiseman joined VF in 1995 as Executive Vice President of the JanSport Company. With the acquisition of Bestform Intimates in 1998, Wiseman became President of VF's Intimates business. Wiseman holds a B.S. degree in Business and an M.B.A. from Wake Forest University. He currently serves on the board of directors for CIGNA Corporation and the board of visitors of Wake Forest University's Babcock Graduate School of Management. |

Bob Shearer is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of VF Corporation. Shearer is responsible for the financial operations of VF and its operating units around the world. As Controller, he developed a system of management control that includes a quarterly review process for worldwide operations, which has proven effective in managing an expanding global business. For two years, Shearer also served as president of VF's Outdoor Coalition, which was formed with the acquisition of The North Face® brand in 2000. Before joining VF Corporation in 1986, Shearer was employed by the public accounting firm of Ernst and Young for 12 years, advancing to the level of Senior Audit Manager. Shearer served primarily within the audit function, specializing in manufacturing clients, but he also directed engagements for clients in the health care and banking fields. His assignments included several public companies and initial public offerings. Shearer holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Catawba College, in Salisbury, North Carolina. He is a Certified Public Accountant. He serves on the board of directors of Church & Dwight Co. Inc. |

Cummings currently serves on the board of directors of WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to the certification of ethical manufacturing throughout the world. |
