A little about myself
I grew up in Nigeria and moved to Europe in 2009. I’m a marketer by trade, but a techie by heart, and I love creating things that excite our consumers. That could be anything from digital products to content marketing to brand storytelling, as long as it has a positive impact on our consumers and our brand.

Guiding principles I live by
The Guiding Principle I live by is Be Curious. I’m always curious about what’s going on not just in my field, but around the world. It helps me generate new ideas and strategies for my work, and helps me learn and evolve as a person. I want to help inspire curiosity in others and empower the next generation of creators, which is why I mentor startups in Nigeria. I advise them on everything from marketing to how to package ideas for investors. It’s not always easy for young business owners, but I tell them that success is not just a matter of wins—it’s about learning as well. Working with them gives me a true sense of fulfillment.

What drives me to be a Movement Maker
I’m motivated by the ability to share my experiences and see people use them as a stepping stone to create new solutions that give back to society. I understand the greatest challenges young business people face are how to bring their ideas to life and how to make a difference in the world. I like to share the advice I would give my younger self with them, which is to start early. I also share my favorite quote, which is to “fail fast and succeed faster.”

I value VF’s ability to prepare and shape leaders of tomorrow. My eight years at VF have played an important role in my own development. Learning to be a leader has been an interesting journey. I’ve had the opportunity to observe many inspiring leaders here. VF focuses on uplifting younger generations, not just advancing the company.
