Senior Venture Catalyst

Kristen Gendron leads both business creation with entrepreneurs — testing, building, and scaling new startups — as well as initiatives to support the Venture Foundry itself — program design, entrepreneur selection, etc. Her previous experiences range from supporting and investing in early-stage startups across four continents, to designing and scaling systems of innovation for global organizations. She has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the Johns Hopkins University.
