Inclusion and diversity (I&D) is a source of organizational pride for us at VF and directly align with who we are and how we treat each other. As a company that values differences, we are focused on building a work environment where associates can be their unique selves and drive change.

Inclusion & Diversity is in our DNA

Celebrating and reflecting diversity is just the start. Through the individuals we hire, the products we design, our brand athletes and ambassadors, and the organizations with whom we partner, we continuously enhance diversity – across gender, culture, age, and more.

Our global workforce is as diverse as the consumers we serve, and we encourage our teams to work with an inclusive and global mindset, because our differences are what make us better together. Championing I&D throughout VF and our brands remains a priority and we continue to take action, which includes::

  • Challenging ourselves to do better by making bold and transparent commitments on I&D
  • Creating and following an aggressive roadmap for progress
  • Working hard to create a culture where everyone’s voice is heard and valued
  • Helping associates be their very best, by enabling agile working schedules and supporting different lifestyles
  • Official supporter of supporting the UN Standards of Conduct for Business Tackling Discrimination against LGBTI People
