VF Corporation Introduces 2021 Strategic Growth Plan; Updates Strategy and Long-Term Financial Outlook

Vice President & Group President, VF International

Aidan O'Meara is Vice President, VF Corporation & Group President, VF International. Based in Stabio, Switzerland, O'Meara is responsible for driving the growth of VF's diverse portfolio of brands throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and the Asia Pacific region.

Before being appointed to his current position in 2017, O'Meara served as VF's President of the Asia Pacific region for 10 years. Under his leadership, VF established a presence in China and in seven other countries in the region, and VF's annual revenues in the region grew tenfold to more than $1.2 billion. Today, there are almost 4,000 employees working across eight countries, including China, up from the 300 employees when O'Meara took on the leadership of the region.

O'Meara joined VF in 1992, leading the Wrangler® brand business in Ireland, then progressing to Managing Director of Jeanswear for the United Kingdom before becoming leader for VF in northern Europe. He later became President of VF's Jeanswear international business.

Before joining VF, he held a variety of brand marketing and sales management positions for various FMCG companies in the USA and Ireland.

O'Meara holds an honors degree in Business Studies from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland.

Mr. Scott Baxter is Vice President, VF Corporation & Group President, Outdoor & Action Sports Americas. He is responsible for leading the Americas business for VF's largest coalition, which is home to the company's three largest brands by revenue: The North Face®, Vans® and Timberland®.

Before being appointed to his current position in 2016, Mr. Baxter was Vice President, VF Corporation & Group President, Jeanswear, Imagewear and South America.

Mr. Baxter joined VF in 2007 as the President of the Licensed Sports Group. In 2008, he was named Coalition President for the Imagewear coalition, comprised of both the Image division and the Licensed Sports Group division. He came to VF with more than 20 years of global experience in operations, marketing, merchandising, sales and manufacturing.

Prior to joining VF, Mr. Baxter served as Senior Vice President of The Home Depot Company, leading the Services Division. He also previously served as Executive Vice President of Edward Don & Company and held a series of leadership roles with Nestle and PepsiCo.

Mr. Baxter holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Kevin Bailey is President of VF's Asia-Pacific Region. In this role, Bailey is responsible for overseeing the continued growth of VF's brands across Asia and the Pacific, including the licensing, distributor and direct relationships for Vans®, The North Face®, Timberland, Nautica, Lee, Wrangler and Kipling® brands.

Bailey has more than 25 years of brand leadership and retail experience, 13 of which have been with VF. Prior to his current role, Bailey served as President of VF's Action Sports and Outdoor/Action Sports, Canada, Mexico and Central/South America businesses. He was also responsible for the Vans®, Eagle Creek® and Reef® brands. He previously served as President of Vans® from 2009 - 2016, during which time revenue for the brand more than doubled to $2.2 billion. Bailey started his VF career at Vans® as Vice President of Retail, a role he was in when Vans® was acquired by VF in 2004.

He has held a number of leadership roles throughout his career. Bailey was Executive Vice President of Lucky Brand, a division of Fifth & Pacific,. and served as Director of Retail Operations for Nike, where he was responsible for overseeing Niketowns and Factory Outlets. Earlier in his career, Bailey held various retail operations and marketing roles with Early Learning Centers, Banana Republic and American Eagle Outfitters.

Bailey attended the University of Vermont and Rutgers University. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Two Ten Foundation.

Martino Scabbia Guerrini is President, VF Corporation, Europe, Middle East, Africa (EMEA), with responsibility for all of VF's businesses in the region including the The North Face®, Timberland®, Vans® , Wrangler®, Lee®, Napapijri®, Kipling® and Eastpak® brands.

He was previously in charge of VF's Sportswear, Jeanswear and Contemporary brands in the EMEA region.

Scabbia Guerrini has nearly 30 years of experience in the lifestyle apparel and fashion industries. His VF career began in 2006 when he joined the company as President of the Sportswear coalition in EMEA, overseeing the Napapijri®, Kipling® and Nautica® brands. Over time he expanded the scope of his responsibilities, adding oversight of the Eastpak® brand in 2008, 7 for All Mankind in 2009, and the Lee® and Wrangler® brands in 2013.

Prior to VF, Scabbia Guerrini was Board Advisor at Opera SA Equity Fund and for many years he held a number of executive-level roles at Tod's Group and Stone Island. He began his career at Virgin Group.

Scabbia Guerrini holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from the Università Cattolica, Milan, Italy, with a specific Bachelor in Marketing.
