  • In FY26, VF achieved our FY30 Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions reduction target and our FY26 target to utilize 100% renewable electricity across our owned-or-leased facilities.
  • Since 2017, VF’s Worker and Community Development (WCD) program has reached over 1.2 million people in 16 countries through 35 projects, with 15 active projects in FY26.

VF released our latest Environmental & Social Responsibility (E&SR) Report, outlining the company’s continued progress across key sustainability and social responsibility priorities, including progress toward our science-based emissions targets, sustainable materials initiatives, traceability, and worker and human rights.

Among the milestones featured in this year’s report, VF achieved our FY30 target to reduce Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 55%, well ahead of schedule. In addition, we achieved our FY26 target to successfully utilize 100% renewable electricity across our owned-or-leased facilities. VF accomplished both targets, in part, through on-site renewable energy generation and renewable energy credits.

VF’s product supplier impact reduction efforts form an important aspect of our climate and energy strategy, driving environmental progress across our supply chain. By facilitating collaboration between suppliers, experts, external stakeholders, and finance partners, VF drives impact reduction efforts where they can have the greatest impact. VF’s Sustainable Materials Vision guides the work to reduce impacts from the extraction, processing and production of raw materials, which significantly contribute to VF’s environmental footprint.

Circularity also continues to be a focus area across VF’s brand portfolio through initiatives designed to extend product life and reduce end-of-life waste. In FY26, The North Face®, Vans ®, Timberland®, Smartwool® and Altra® brands expanded efforts spanning refurbishment, resale, takeback and repair. Together, these programs reflect VF’s broader focus on enhancing circular systems to extend the life of products and materials.

Beyond environmental sustainability, human rights, worker rights and expanding our Worker and Community Development (WCD) program remain key priorities at VF. Since 2017, the WCD program has reached over 1.2 million people in 16 countries through 35 projects, with 15 active projects in FY26. VF’s report details additional information about VF’s supply chain efforts, including topics such as responsible recruitment, health and safety, gender-based violence and harassment prevention, child rights, freedom of association, and fair wages.

We are proud of our achievements and know there is much more work to do. We encourage you to learn more about our work and progress in our FY26 E&SR report.
