Jenn Sim was recently promoted to Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary, and appointed to VF’s Executive Leadership Team. Jenn has more than 20 years of legal experience and has been with VF since 2013, when she joined as General Counsel for our Outdoor and Action Sports coalition before assuming responsibility for legal support for the Americas West region and the brands within it. Prior to being named to her current position, she served as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of VF. Jenn shares the leadership lessons she has learned over her career and the vision she has for her new role.
