OUR EMPLOYEE RESOURCE GROUPS
Currently, we have four Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) with 17 global chapters that help us to cultivate an inclusive culture. ERGs are comprised of associates who turn individual differences into insights and capabilities that fuel growth for the business.
They create a safe space for learning and dialogue about underrepresented groups, establishing a sense of community amongst associates and providing platforms to collect and share insights to support business imperatives.
Attract. Connect. Engage. (ACE) Diversity
A multicultural group focused on building an inclusive culture by providing opportunities for associates to connect with one another, build leadership capabilities and foster a sense of community for our Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC) associates.
Chapter Locations: Costa Mesa, California; Denver, Colorado; Fort Worth, Texas
Women of VF Employee Network (WOVEN)
