EEO1 Report

At VF, we are committed to building and maintaining a workplace that celebrates the diversity of our associates including gender identity, nationality, ethnic origin, religion, world view, abilities, age, sexual orientation or other aspects of identity. We celebrate and include all associates as they bring their unique selves to work!

We believe in utilizing diverse talent throughout our organization, recruiting for diversity, and developing all motivated associates. Creating, retaining and nurturing a diverse, inclusive workplace is a strategic business priority that supports, invites and respects creativity, fairness, development and connection to the diverse consumers we serve across the regions in which we operate.

We also believe in the importance of inclusion and equity. We want all of our employees to feel comfortable and have a strong sense of belonging. With respect to equity, we strive to ensure fairness in areas such as compensation, benefits and career opportunities. We believe our workforce should be comprised of people who look, think, and behave like the consumers and communities we serve – now and in the future. Simply put, Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity together result in a better and stronger organization.

We believe in and support workforce inclusion, diversity, equity and action to progress our short-and long-term goals. Read more about VF’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action Policy statement.

While we are publicly disclosing our Employer Information Report (EEO-1) submitted to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, we do not believe it is either an indicative or appropriate representation of how we measure or report progress against our short- and long-term aspirations. The EEO-1 Report is a compliance survey mandated by U.S. federal statute and regulations. The report provides a snapshot of our U.S workforce demographics as of December 31, 2022 based on standardized race/ethnicity, gender and job categories. Please note that these prescribed categories are different from how we organize our workforce and our jobs and how we apply our inclusion and diversity initiatives. We organize our workforce to meet the specific needs of our business and to meet our aspirations by increasing representation of under-represented groups in areas where those groups are not sufficient in numbers, rather than through a system of quotas, while providing equal opportunity for all. Also, our inclusion and diversity initiatives are global, while the EEO-1 is solely U.S.-focused. Read more about our global viewpoint and progress on our goals in VF’s Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Action Annual Profile.
