In partnership with PENSOLE Academy™, five DiverCity x DESIGN program apprentices recently began their rotation at Timberland^® as part of VF’s inaugural multi-brand apprenticeship. With the goal of cultivating and advancing BIPOC talent in the industry, participants will obtain firsthand experience in footwear design and production at three of our brands: Timberland, Vans^® and The North Face^®.
