President & CEO

Bracken P. Darrell is President and Chief Executive Officer of VF Corporation. He has more than 30 years of experience in business leadership and brand management with global consumer companies. He was appointed to his current position in July 2023.

Bracken’s broad executive management experience has spanned manufacturing, supply chain, product innovation, consumer services and marketing – both in mature and emerging markets. During his career he has led growth and reinvention for iconic brands such as Old Spice, Gillette, Braun, KitchenAid, and Whirlpool.

Before joining VF, Bracken served for 10 years as president and chief executive officer of Logitech International, S.A., beginning in January 2013. He is credited with a turnaround of Logitech’s business by expanding into new categories and improving market share through the introduction of new and innovative products and the elevation of design as a pillar of the company’s strategy. Under Bracken’s leadership, Logitech expanded into more than 20 new product categories, more than doubled revenue, and achieved a tenfold increase in market capitalization.

Prior to Logitech, Darrell held international leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Procter & Gamble where he was President of Braun globally, the Whirlpool Corporation where he was President of EMEA, and General Electric. Early in his career, upon graduating business school, Darrell held brand management roles with Procter & Gamble and is credited with leading the turnaround of the Old Spice brand. He began his career with Arthur Anderson and then PepsiCo.

Mr. Darrell has served as director of Sonos, Inc. since February 2024.

Bracken received a B.A. from Hendrix College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Cameron Bailey

Cameron Bailey

Chief Supply Chain Officer

Cameron Bailey is the Chief Supply Chain Officer at VF Corporation. He has more than 25 years of manufacturing and operations management experience.

Currently, he is responsible for the oversight of all aspects of VF's global supply chain, including manufacturing, sourcing and operations, as well as leadership of the 23,000 associates working across VF’s supply chain worldwide.

Prior to his current role, Cameron served as VF’s Vice President, Supply Chain – Global Product Supply, with responsibility for the direct and indirect procurement of all materials and the manufacturing of all products for VF’s diverse portfolio of brands.

Cameron began his VF career in 1989. Over the following 20 years, he held multiple manufacturing and operations management roles within VF’s Intimates Apparel business. He continued with the Intimates Apparel business through its divestiture by VF to Fruit of the Loom, a division of Berkshire Hathaway, holding a series of supply chain leadership roles with increasing responsibility, including serving as Senior Vice President of Product Development and Sourcing. Cameron returned to VF in 2016 and has since played a vital role in the company’s global supply chain organization.

Cameron has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of West Florida.

Caroline Brown

Global Brand President, <i>The North Face®</i>

Caroline Brown serves as Global Brand President of The North Face and as a member of the VF Global Leadership Team. An experienced global leader in the fashion, lifestyle & apparel sector, Caroline has led teams and companies operating across the US, Asia, Latin American, Middle East, EU & UK regions.

As Global Brand President for The North Face, Caroline leads the vision, strategy, and business execution of The North Face brand globally.  She is responsible for product innovation across merchandising, design, product development, brand creative, marketing and consumer engagement, to enable compelling physical and digital consumer journeys in our markets around the globe.

Prior to joining VF Corporation, Caroline was a Managing Director at Closed Loop Partners, a New York-based investment firm and innovation center focused on the development of the circular economy. In this role, she led an investment practice between the US, EU and Israeli markets for innovative sustainable solutions across the value chain of the apparel sector.

Prior to investing, Caroline was Chief Executive Officer of Donna Karan International (DKI) and DKNY, at the time an LVMH company, and one of the world’s leading fashion brands. She led the business with teams in New York, London, Milan and Hong Kong and operating in over 70 countries globally through a restructure and sale of the company. DKI designed, marketed and distributed apparel, sportswear, accessories, and shoes through free standing stores and select retailers around the world with licensed product categories including beauty, eyewear, watches, hosiery, intimate apparel, home products and more.

Prior to LVMH, Caroline served as President of Carolina Herrera, the luxury fashion house owned by PUIG and headquartered in New York, where she led the global fashion business. Prior to this, Caroline was the US Chief Executive Officer of Akris, the Swiss-based luxury fashion brand. She began her career at Giorgio Armani where she spent over a decade in leadership roles of Marketing & Communications.

Caroline has served on numerous boards of innovative companies including VF Corporation; Eileen Fisher, a leading sustainable apparel brand in the US; Browzwear, a SaaS technology company for the fashion supply chain from Israel; DIMPORA, a material innovation company from Switzerland; By Rotation, a peer-to-peer rental marketplace from the UK; For Days, a circular apparel company in the US and others. She serves on the Advisory Board for the MIT Sloan School Sustainability Initiative and as an Advisor to the Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship at MIT Sloan School of Management.

Caroline is passionate about mentoring new talent in the fashion sector. She has served as an advisor to the CFDA VOGUE Fashion Fund and to the H&M Global Change Awards, supporting the development of innovation and future talent for the industry.

Sun Choe

Global Brand President, <i>Vans®</i>

Sun Choe is Global Brand President of Vans® and was appointed in June 2024. In this role, Sun oversees the strategic direction of Vans’ global business, while also enabling regional teams to deliver local strategies to drive continued worldwide growth.

Previously, she served as Chief Product Officer and a member of the leadership team of lululemon from 2018 to 2024. Sun joined lululemon in 2016 as Senior Vice President, Global Merchandising.

Prior to lululemon, Sun served as Chief Global Product Merchant at Marc Jacobs from 2015 to 2016. From 2013 to 2015, she was Senior Vice President, Merchandising at West Elm. From 2011 to 2013, Sun was Senior Vice President at Madewell. Before Madewell, she held leadership roles of increasing responsibility at Urban Outfitters, including Executive Director of Women’s Apparel and Accessories. Earlier in her career, Sun served in merchandising leadership roles at Guess?, Levi Strauss and Gap Inc.

Sun earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland.

Alastair Curtis

Chief Design Officer

Alastair Curtis is Chief Design Officer for VF Corporation. He started in his role in 2024.

Previously, Alastair was the Chief Design Officer at Logitech, where he was responsible for the designs of all business teams and brands. While at the company, Alastair helped rethink and remodel all innovations at Logitech as well as work on building, sustaining and promoting a design team and culture in the company.

Prior to Logitech, he was chief designer, senior vice president and head of the design department at Nokia.

Alastair received his Master’s degree in Industrial Design Engineering at the Royal College of Art in London and his Bachelor of Science at the Brunel University. 

Todd Dalhausser

Todd Dalhausser

Global Brand President, Dickies®

Todd Dalhausser is Global Brand President of Dickies®. He is responsible for accelerating growth by implementing a marketplace segmentation strategy, leading Dickies’ digital transformation, and building a consumer-minded organization.

Most recently, he was Brand President of Altra®. Under his leadership, he led a very thoughtful evolution of the brand while maintaining its No. 1 position in trail and capturing new consumers with great products for the road. Todd also orchestrated Altra’s expansion into EMEA and APAC.

Todd joined VF in 2018 from Wolverine Worldwide, where he served as Senior Vice President of Sales for Saucony North America. Previously, he managed Saucony/Hind’s apparel business, where he oversaw design, development and product merchandising. He also held similar positions for both Vans® and Reebok.

Dalhausser earned his bachelor’s degree in sports administration from Trenton State College and is a board member of the Running Industry Association.

Abhishek Dalmia

Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer

Abhishek Dalmia is the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer for VF Corporation. He was appointed to this role in 2024.

Previously, he served as a Managing Director and Partner at BCG. He has 25+ years experience in business leadership, large scale transformations, marketing and digital functions with global consumer companies.

Abhishek’s experience has spanned across digital-led ecommerce businesses, brand management and marketing, consumer analytics, AI and technology – both within and outside apparel and footwear. Abhishek has led large scale transformations and reignition of brands both at BCG and in industry, as an executive at lululemon and Dell Technologies.

Prior to BCG, Abhishek served as Global SVP Digital at lululemon where he led their ecommerce, digital marketing and analytics organizations globally. He has also held several key leadership roles at Dell Technologies, including leading marketing functions, ecommerce businesses, new ventures to drive digital growth and innovation. He started his career with General Electric and then worked for Citibank NA before joining Dell.

Abhishek received a Bachelor of Commerce with Honors from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata, India and his MBA in Marketing and Finance from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) Lucknow in India.

Nina Flood

Global Brand President, Timberland®

Nina Flood was appointed Global Brand President for Timberland in December 2023. In this role, she is responsible for driving sustainable, long-term growth for the Timberland brand while fostering an inspiring and inclusive culture and engaging consumers across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Nina leads a talented senior team in advancing the brand’s strategic priorities, including design innovation, product diversification, and a consumer-led, digital-first approach with retail at the center. A member of parent company VF’s executive leadership team, Nina works in close partnership with VF’s commercial regional leaders to drive the global business from strategy to sell-through across Timberland and Timberland PRO.

Nina is a passionate leader with extensive experience across general management, brand marketing, and strategy—and a track record for delivering strong results.  A 20-year VF veteran, she most recently served as Vice President/General Manager for Timberland EMEA, where she oversaw all aspects of the business in EMEA across wholesale and retail channels. 

Prior to Timberland, Nina spent two years as President of the newly-formed VF Global Packs portfolio, including Eastpak, JanSport, and Kipling. In this role, she was instrumental in developing the portfolio approach, advancing strategic priorities for the brands and regions, and returning them to profitable growth. She began her career with VF in 2003 as VP Marketing & Strategy for the Nautica brand, and was soon tapped as President of Kipling Americas, and then as Global President for the Eastpak brand.

Nina began her career at Guess, Inc., where in over 10 years in progressive marketing roles she learned the art of brand building and team leadership. 

Nina holds a B.A. in American Studies with a concentration in Minority Studies from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania.

Martino Scabbia Guerrini

Martino Scabbia Guerrini

Chief Commercial Officer and President Emerging Brands

An experienced manager, with an international career spanning more than 30 years in the lifestyle apparel and fashion industries, and a passionate mentor of young talents, Martino Scabbia Guerrini serves as the Chief Commercial Officer for VF overseeing the go-to-market execution for all VF brands across all markets, as well as its Emerging Brands platform and strategy at a global level, including: Altra®, Eastpak®, icebreaker®, JanSport®, Kipling®, Napapijri® and Smartwool®.

In 2018 he also became a member of VF Corporation’s global Executive Leadership Team.

His clear vision about design, sustainable products, compelling brand narrative, marketplace transformation and integration, as well as organizational design and talent development, is all centred around the consumers’ and customers’ agenda. This vision has allowed him to successfully drive, for many years and through multiple disruptions, the growth of VF’s brands and the regional platform business model.

Martino started his journey in VF in 2006, when he joined the company as President of the Sportswear coalition in EMEA, overseeing the Napapijri, Kipling and Nautica brands. Over time, he expanded the scope of his responsibilities, adding oversight of the Eastpak brand in 2008, 7 for All Mankind in 2009, and the Lee and Wrangler brands in 2013. He also was responsible for VF’s Sportswear, Jeanswear and Contemporary brands in the EMEA region until April 2017, when he was appointed President, VF Corporation, EMEA.

In 2022 he also started overseeing the global emerging brands business - Napapijri®, Kipling®, Eastpak®, JanSport®, and icebreaker®. Furthermore, in December 2022, he was given the additional responsibility of the APAC region to create even greater opportunities for VF International's activities in both EMEA and APAC.

Prior to VF, Martino was Board Advisor at Opera SA Equity Fund, and for many years he held several executive-level roles at Tod’s Group and Stone Island. He began his career at Virgin Group.

Committed to mentoring and teaching younger generations, for over ten years now he has given lectures in the postgraduate programs at Domus Academy Milan (Fashion), Polytechnic University of Milan (Industrial Design) and Luiss University of Rome (Economics).

Martino holds a master’s degree in Economics and Political Science from the Universitá Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, Italy, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.

Lauren Guthrie

Lauren Guthrie is the Chief Belonging & Talent Officer for VF Corporation, located in Denver, Colorado.  Lauren oversees the strategic framework and global programs that drive VF’s commitment to people and culture through Talent Development and Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Action (IDEA).  Lauren is passionate about enabling rich and rewarding careers through VF’s talent management ecosystem and fostering a lifelong commitment to growth through development and learning.  She works closely with VF leadership to embed IDEA principles into talent acquisition, management and advancement practices to elevate our associate experience and build a culture anchored in belonging. 

Prior to stepping into Human Resource roles in 2020, Lauren led the Americas Regional Merchandising Team for The North Face, and held merchandising leadership and general management roles with global brands such as Nike, Levi’s, Old Navy and Abercrombie & Fitch across a variety of businesses.

Lauren is an alumna of Columbia University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a minor in Psychology. She serves on the Board of Directors for WorldBeing, a non-profit focused on the intersections of wellbeing, education, climate impact and financial inclusion.

Brent Hyder

Chief People Officer

Brent Hyder is VF’s Chief People Officer. He is responsible for leading the company’s Global Human Resource function, including its global People Strategy – a purpose-driven and strategically-aligned approach across talent, organization, culture, engagement, and performance management.

Previously, Brent served as President and Chief People Officer at Salesforce for nearly four years and helped earn the company top spots on best workplace lists, including Great Place to Work, Fortune, People, Glassdoor, and LinkedIn.

Before joining Salesforce, Hyder spent almost 30 years in retail, including 15 years at Gap Inc. where he last served as Chief Human Resources Officer responsible for all human resources efforts, communications, security, Gap Inc Foundation, and sustainability worldwide. Previously, he was Global Chief Operating Officer of the Gap brand and led Gap Japan as its Representative Director and General Manager.

Hyder held other operating roles and responsibilities focused on stores and store operations at the Target Corporation, Best Buy and across Gap Inc. and its multiple brands.

Hyder attended Brigham Young University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Retail Management. He serves on the Board of Directors of Enterprise for Youth, a Bay Area nonprofit that helps under-resourced youth reach their potential through transformative paid internship experiences.

Jan van Leeuwen

President VF Americas

Jan van Leeuwen serves as President VF Americas. He started his role in 2024 and has more than 25 years of experience in brand management and business leadership in the Athletic, Outdoor and Lifestyle apparel and footwear industry.

As the President of VF Americas, Jan is overseeing all VF business strategies within the Americas region. This includes leading the go-to-market execution and growth strategies for all Brands within the Americas region through direct-to-consumer, wholesale, demand planning, product planning and execution, marketplace merchandising, local product creation, and local marketing initiatives.

Jan started his VF journey in 2011, when he joined the company as Sales Director for Vans EMEA based in Stabio HQ, Switzerland. In 2012 Jan was promoted to Vice President and General Manager Vans EMEA. In 2018 he was appointed as Vice President and General Manager The North Face EMEA until 2023, when he was appointed Vice President and General Manager The North Face for the Americas region.

Prior to VF, he held several leadership roles at Sole Technology, O’Neill, Nike and Puma. Jan attended HU University of applied sciences, Utrecht, The Netherlands.

His experience and vision about brand management, marketplace transformation and operational excellence, as well as organizational design and talent development, is all centered around serving the consumer and customers. This has allowed him for many years to successfully drive and navigate constant change while delivering growth for VF brands.

Winnie Ma

President, Asia Pacific

Winnie Ma is President of VF Asia Pacific. She is responsible for driving the overall business strategy and development for the Asia Pacific region and leading the company to achieve sustainable long-term development across APAC.

Winnie has more than 23 years of management and hands-on experience and is able to share her insights and expertise in consumer consumption, brand strategy, and digital transformation. As President of Asia Pacific, Winnie drives the efficient implementation of the company's “Distort to Asia” strategy and leads VF with the purpose of “powering movements of sustainable and active lifestyles for the betterment of people and the planet.”

Winnie first joined VF in August 2020 as President, Greater China and was promoted to President, Greater China & Southeast Asia in April 2021. Since she joined the company, Winnie has successfully accelerated the business’ “consumer-minded, retail-centric and hyper-digital” transformation strategy and continued to bolster growth in a fast-paced, digitally driven marketplace. In March 2022, Winnie was appointed President of Asia Pacific at VF Corporation.

Prior to joining VF, Winnie has held several leadership roles in multinational companies. She was Vice President of Beauty & Personal Care at Unilever North Asia and was responsible for enhancing the core brands’ business and boosting their digital transformation strategy. Prior to that, Winnie held various branding, sales, and marketing roles for brands including Mars China and The Coca Cola Company.

Winnie, who is currently based in Shanghai, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Nankai University and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.

Jenn Sim

Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary

Jenn Sim is the Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary for VF Corporation, based in Denver, Colorado.  VF Corporation is a publicly traded company and one of the world’s largest apparel, footwear and accessories companies, with a diverse portfolio of brands.  Currently, Jenn oversees compliance with securities laws, mergers and acquisitions and growth platforms, general corporate law and corporate governance, intellectual property and labor and employment.

Prior to being named to her current position, Jenn served as Vice President & Deputy General Counsel from April 2019 through April 2022. Jenn also served as Vice President & General Counsel of VF Outdoor, LLC, a subsidiary of VF Corporation, from 2016 to 2019.  In that role, Jenn was responsible for legal support of The North Face®, Vans®, JanSport®, Eagle Creek®, and Altra® brands.  Jenn joined VF in December 2013 and has over 20 years of experience practicing law, much of it focused on intellectual property.  Prior to VF, Jenn was in-house at Gap Inc. and Electronics for Imaging, Inc., and in private practice at Perkins Coie LLP and Burke, Williams & Sorensen LLP.

Jenn received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Biology and a Master of Arts degree in Education, both from Stanford University.  She earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.  She is admitted to practice in California, New York and the District of Columbia and is certified to act for VF in Colorado.

Paul Vogel

Chief Financial Officer

Paul Vogel is the Chief Financial Officer for VF Corporation, overseeing Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax and Financial Planning and Analysis. He is the principal architect of the company’s financial strategy for delivering sustainable, profitable growth for its shareholders.

Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Spotify Technology S.A., from January 2020 to December 2023. Before serving as CFO, he was Spotify’s Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury and Investor Relations, where he helped lead the company’s direct listing and build its investor base.

Prior to joining Spotify, Vogel spent 20 years in the investment community as both an equity investor and publishing research analyst, most recently as Managing Director and Head of the Internet and Media Equity Research team at Barclays. Previously, Vogel spent 10 years at AllianceBernstein as Global Sector Head for Consumer, Media and Internet Investing.

He started his career as a Research Analyst at Morgan Stanley and DLJ. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

Colin Wheeler

Colin Wheeler

Global Lead, Corporate Affairs & Communications

Colin Wheeler is the Global Lead for Corporate Affairs & Communications at VF Corporation, overseeing executive communications, employee communications, media relations, and overall corporate reputation management for the company.

He has 25 years of experience assisting a wide range of companies with diverse public relations, financial communications and employee engagement assignments – often during times of significant change and transformation.

Prior to VF, Colin was Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Molson Coors Beverage Company for 10 years during which time the company doubled in size and evolved into a diversified beverage company. Before Molson Coors, Colin was the VP of External Communications for First Data where he managed the company’s corporate external communications team during several leadership transitions, the spin-off of Western Union and the acquisition of First Data by KKR in 2007.

Colin started his communications career at Kekst CNC, a global strategic communications firm. While there, he supported companies across a wide range of industries on issues related to M&A, corporate restructurings, proxy contest and other high profile reputation management situations.

Colin received his BA in American History from Dickinson College and a Masters in International Business from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.
